Graham Colloby
Graham began his career in the international education sector in Italy in 1999 within a language school environment. He quickly recognised the industry's dynamic nature and the positive impact it could have on students' lives. Progressing through the organisation, he eventually became a co-owner and partner, taking responsibility for growth and expansion initiatives. Under his leadership, the business grew to 39 school locations worldwide by 2009 and achieved accreditation from the Italian Ministry of Health to deliver recognised EFL programmes as part of the Italian governments ECM initiative.

Returning to the UK in 2010, Graham continued to build his career across the wider education sector. He worked with awarding bodies and universities before moving into the apprenticeships market, where he supported employers and training providers during the implementation of the UK Government's Apprenticeship Levy.
In 2021, Graham joined Bucksmore Education as Regional Manager for Europe. Responsible for student recruitment and retention across the region, he successfully introduced new strategic partnerships and secured high-volume group business. His ability to identify and develop previously untapped routes to market contributed significantly to the organisation.
Today, as Commercial Director at tangerine:ed, Graham oversees the company's commercial operations, including sales, marketing, strategic planning, and business development. Drawing on his extensive international experience, he plays a key role in driving sustainable growth, expanding market presence, and delivering long-term value for partners and students alike.
